Luke Sadecky spent plenty of nights growing up sleepless and speechless, with a burning curiosity for the truths of the world he's living in. As he's ventured out from his hometown in recent years, those same curiosities, alongside new experiences, sparked a desire to put it all into words and to share it with listeners. Quiet and introverted, music gives him an unmatched opportunity to speak to the world, all the while staying true to his Appalachian roots.
Since early 2018, Luke has already been given opportunities that he would have never dreamed up. From playing on West Virginia Public Broadcasting, to sharing the stage with one of his favorite songwriters in North Carolina, to making it to the finals of a songwriters competition in Atlanta, GA, Luke is truly humbled by the response to his first songs.
The dream continued for Luke when he was contacted by Joshua Swiger, General Manager at Mon Hills Records, with a recording deal in September of 2018. He'll be working closely with Mon Hills staff and others at West Virginia University in the early spring of 2019 to put out his debut album.
Luke is currently striving to build a following in West Virginia and beyond as he works to books his first tour around the album release in early 2019.
